Situated on the Manette waterfront, the building form and materials selection for this contemporary residence was greatly influenced by environmental factors, shoreline regulations, and esthetics. Building height limitations dictated the use of a virtually flat metal roofing system with large overhangs for weather protection. Metal siding was utilized for its unique visual appearance, low maintenance, interesting textures, and metallic colors that sparkle with changing lighting conditions.
