As the final phase of West Sound Business Park expansion, this project was originally planned as a multi-tenant facility for businesses that need both highway commercial exposure with warehousing capabilities. Being a developer project, initiated without end tenants, posed an unique challenge to design a facility that is flexible in terms of space planning, site layout, and mechanical services. During the construction of the project, Entenmann’s Orowheat became the sole tenant for the nearly ten thousand square foot facility. Having needs for both retail sales and wholesale distribution, this was an ideal fit for their business.
